Yugoslavia Elections: What Next?
Yugoslavia will mark its ballot
on September 24th.
Participants discussed the September 24 elections and considered the following:
- Will Milosevic honor the results of the elections regardless of the outcome?
- If not, how will the citizens of Serbia and Montenegro react?
- What security risks arise in the aftermath of these elections?
- If Milosevic stays despite failing at the polls, what will the international response be?
The presentation was followed by questions from the audience and the Internet.
