The United States Institute of Peace hosted a special presentation by Assistant Secretary of State for Democracy, Human Rights, and Labor Harold Koh on the challenges ahead for promoting democracy and human rights for U.S. foreign policymakers. Following his remarks, Assistant Secretary Koh participated in a special informal Q & A Session with the audience, moderated by Institute President Dr. Richard H. Solomon.
