What the Donors' Conference Means for Haiti's Future

On March 31, the Haitian government met with representatives from the major donor countries at the United Nations to approve a plan for Haiti's reconstruction. How will the Donors' Conference contribute to sustainable reconstruction in Haiti? What role will the United States play in rebuilding Haiti? These questions were discussed by a panel of U.S. and international officials and Haiti experts.
