Seeds of Peace and Messages of Hope

Seeds of Peace (SOP) alumni John Wallach, USIP senior fellow and SOP president, and Barbara Gottschalk, SOP executive director, discussed the impact on their lives made by this unique summer youth camp. SOP involves ordinary people in the peace process—hoping to change the climate in which the young generation worked, studied and played. It brings together Israeli, Palestinian, Egyptian, Jordanian, Moroccan, Tunisian and Gulf state teenagers in a secure environment, where they work together to solve problems and made new friends.
