We are excited to welcome you to INPROL's new home on the U.S. Institute of Peace’s (USIP) website. While our activities in the Police and Rule of Law Discussion Forums, curation of the Digital Library, and publication releases are on hold, we have preserve over ten years of accumulated resources, discussion threads, and insights for your reference and review.

The International Network to Promote the Rule of Law (INPROL) is a global, online community of practice, comprised of some 3000 rule of law practitioners from 120 countries and 400 organizations. Members come from a range of disciplines and backgrounds. What we all have in common is that they work on rule of law reform in post-conflict and developing countries, either from a policy-, practice- or research-perspective. We also share a desire to learn and innovate together as a community in order to improve their rule of law knowledge and practice.

As rule of law challenges emerge in the coming years, we will remain ready to reinvigorate these time-tested tools and support your initiatives. To continue receiving regular notifications on developments in the rule of law, justice, and security fields in the interim, sign up for USIP’s topical and country-specific newsletters.
