The Spring 2006 Catalog is now available.

Following its mandate to promote the prevention, management, and peaceful resolution of international conflicts, the United States Institute of Peace is committed to publishing significant works that offer new insights and information to practitioners, scholars, diplomats, and students, among others.

Starting with four titles in the fall of 1991, the United States Institute of Peace Press has now published over ninety titles–including such popular and outstanding works as Raymond Cohen's Negotiating Across Cultures; Alexander George's Bridging the Gap; Ted Gurr's volumes Minorities at Risk and People Versus States; John Paul Lederach's Building Peace; the Zartman and Rasmussen volume Peacemaking in International Conflict; the Crocker, Hampson, and Aall volumes Turbulent Peace, Managing Global Chaos, and Herding Cats; and Neil Kritz's Transitional Justice volumes.
