It includes the latest developments on Armed Activities on the Territory of the Congo (Democratic Republic of the Congo v. Uganda, a case brought before the court by the DRC on June 20, 2000.

Full text of the Ceasefire Agreement signed on July 10, 1999 by representatives of Angola, the Democratic Republic of Congo, Namibia, Rwanda, Uganda, and Zimbabwe. On August 1, a representative of the Movement for the Liberation of the Congo signed the agreement. On August 31, 1999, representatives from the Congolese Rally for Democracy (RCD) signed the agreement.
