  From the Center for International Policy, this comprehensive web site has compiled full text documentation, testimony, policy statements, news and background information regarding the U.S. aid package to Colombia and the peace process. Links to the aid proposal, charts the progress of the aid proposal in Congress (with statements, hearings, committee links, etc.), and provides the Center's analyses and links to analyses from other groups.
• Council on Foreign Relations Latin America Studies Program: Colombia
  Part of an internet portal to Latin American Issues and Resources developed by the Council on Foreign Relations, it lists U.S. government links for support for Plan Colombia, as well as links for documents, country information, newspapers, political resources and general information.

United Nations

• ReliefWeb: Colombia The Latest
  ReliefWeb, a project of the United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA), has the latest news and information on Colombia as they relate to humanitarian emergencies from various sources, including UN and humanitarian agencies, wire and news services. It also includes links to additional resources in several categories, including economics, country profiles, development, media, and refugees, such as IDPs in Colombia from the Norwegian Refugee Council's Global IDP Project on internally displaced persons.
• UNHCR: Country of Origin and Legal Information
  The web site for the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) has databases for country of origin and legal information documents and reports. Pull-down menus allow selection by country and/or subject and a specific search engine feature is also provided. Each country compilation includes links to country reports, legal documents, news and maps.

  This web site provides keyword searches and searches by different categories in its Treaty Bodies Database and Charter-based Bodies Database for documents. A search by country for Colombia in the Charter-based Bodies Database yields a listing of documents by year. A search by country for Colombia in the Treaty Bodies Database yields a listing of documents by such bodies as the Committee on Torture or the Committee on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights.
