OSCE Mission in Bosnia

Robert L. Barry, head of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) mission in Bosnia, met with more than 30 representatives of nongovernmental organizations and government agencies at the U.S. Institute of Peace January 7 to discuss conditions in that country and issues of post-war reconstruction and reconciliation. Barry was recently appointed to replace Robert Frowick.
