Remarks

  • The exact location of the sites will be determined during the informal cease-fire period.

  • The guarding of non-military facilities of national importance by the FAES will be carried out with the minimum number of troops necessary.

  • The task of guarding these facilities will be gradually handed over to the newly formed National Civil Police, as soon as it is in a position to take over these functions.
