- Senior Fellow George Lopez (2009-2010) spoke on "Recent Trends and Concerns about US/UN Sanctions" at a roundtable organized by the State Department's Bureau of International Organizations Affairs on UN Security Council Sanctions. He was also quoted in an Asia Times Online article by Senior Fellow Barbara Slavin (2007-2008), "Iranian Unrest Grows over Economic Woes."
- Senior Fellow Andries Odendaal (2009-2010) was the presenter at a talk sponsored by the World Bank's Social Development Department, All Peace is Global: Local Level Peace-building and Local Peace Sommittees. He also spoke on his research on local peacebuilding at a lunch at the Academy for Educational Development.
