Vinko Cardinal Puljic, Roman Catholic Archbishop of Vrhbosna, Bosnia and Herzegovina will make a public presentation at USIP. He will speak about interfaith relations in Bosnia and Herzegovina, the status of Bosnian Croats and Catholics, and Constitutional reform.
