Kosovo's Internal Security Sector Review Program
The Internal Security Sector Review (ISSR) in Kosovo was initiated in 2005 to take a holistic approach to the internal security situation. The ISSR Kosovo program was built on a threat assessment based on the most extensive public consultations ever undertaken in a security sector review.
The findings of the report will address the following issues:
- What changes must be made to improve security in Kosovo?
- What are some of the main challenges facing Kosovo's internal security?
- What are the implications for the region?
