International Perspectives on Security Sector Reform
A number of international organizations have attempted to define Security Sector Reform (SSR) and to implement programs. Among these agencies, the United Nations, the World Bank and the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development have been among the most prominent. A panel of experts discussed their various approaches to SSR and how they compare to the views of the United States government.
