Haiti: No Longer a Failing State?

Due to chronic instability, Haiti ranks eighth on the Fund For Peace Index of the failing states. Yet, Haiti is enjoying a period of relative tranquility and progress. They will discuss the findings from their trip and their research on failing states and the U.S. national interest.
