Federalization and the Prospects for Conflict Resolution in Transnistria
On February 11 the USIP's Jennings Randolph Program for International Peace sponsored a roundtable to examine the debate in Moldova about a federal solution to the conflict over Transnistria.
In particular, the speakers discussed the state of public opinion about federalism and alternative solutions to settling this "frozen" conflict.
