Mr. Akufo Addo is former Ghanaian Minister of Foreign Affairs and a presidential candidate for the New Patriotic Party in Ghana's upcoming elections, slated for December 2008. He will be addressing the nexus between democratic governance and economic progress, using Ghana's experience as a case study.
