The Challenges of Justice after Genocide
The Rwandan genocide was one of the worst instances of crimes against humanity this century. Ministry of Justice Secretary General Gerald Gahima visited the Institute and discussed how the Rwandan government and people are dealing with the aftermath of genocide.
